The R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant was open for the first time in a decade for Toronto’s Doors Open event. This is taken in the pump house from the observation deck.

Was pretty interesting to see finally, and I was amazed they allowed tripods inside. Although I was a little let down, I was expecting more grand machinery like Rankine and the like, it was nice and quite similar to the Hamilton treatment plant which is from a similar period.
